DMCA & Copyright Policy

TopFreeOnline respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and contributors to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on our site that you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
Our blog includes content and images submitted by community authors. If you believe material published on TopFreeOnline infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated contact at gauravse007@gmail.comwith the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”.
2. What Your Notice Must Include
To be valid, your takedown notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site so we can locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the author who posted the content and, in accordance with our repeat-infringer policy, take action against accounts that repeatedly infringe.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to gauravse007@gmail.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of authors who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
6. Author Responsibility
Authors must only publish content and upload images they own or are licensed to use. By publishing on TopFreeOnline you confirm you hold the necessary rights. See our Editorial Policy and Terms of Service for more.
